Spencer's — Local services in Deptford Township

They’re miserable and seem to not want to do their job. It states all body jewelry to be exchanged no questions asked on line so I called corporate to confirm. Packaging was good, clean and closed never used but too big wanted to exchange and they said they cannot do it. I called corporate again after my visit because they denied me. So corporate called the store and told me they spoke to them and I could go back, which I absolutely will not, they will never get my business again. Im so disappointed because I always shop at this one, at least 3x a month I’m in there. Proof of closed clean...

Loooovvvvee this store.. The staff is amazing especially the manager who I believe is the store manager Ashley, she is such an asset to their staff! I feel like she will always go above and beyond to help anyone and everyone, and never looses her smile and nick who is also a manager, he is do down to help and friendly and relatable, feels like visiting family everytime I stop in! Must visit store and staff if u want the REAL DEAL...

It would have be nice if my pickup order was handed to me in a bag instead of out in the open in a store that was packed and had kids walking around. Told me to stand next to the front desk after I already waited in line just for them to hand me my item with people's kids around that's weird, unprofessional & inappropriate unless bags just don't exist at this store...
