Daniel is AMAZING! Earlier yesterday, I went to the location on Clarkson only to be very dissatisfied and upset with how I was treated. This younger man had no idea what he was talking about and tried pushing to sell me a previous custom-made tuxedo rather than simply helping me rent one. I continued to try my best to give him a chance, however, after so many questionable moments, when he began to measure me, I knew this tuxedo would not be the right fit because he took only 2 measurements and the tape measure had a lot of slack. I've rented from Men's Warehouse before, so I decided to go straight to the location at West County Mall. There, I met Daniel. He was AWESOME! before even giving him background info on my experience just an hour before meeting him, he had been very welcoming and made the experience quick and easy, listening to me and what I wanted. He took great measurements and by the end of it, it only took 20 min and I was leaving with a smile on my face, whereas I spent almost 1 hr and a half at the previous location and the kid was getting nowhere! I then told Daniel how he helped out a ton and about my experience at Clarkson, and all he did was simply apologize on behalf of the company! Had a custom suit made because of shoulder surgery my right arm is larger than my left. Went to the Men's Warehouse in West County mall. I was under a time constraint because of an upcoming funeral at which I will be the main speaker. The salesman could not have been nicer, more accommodating or helpful. The entire process took an hour only because the chain's server went down which caused my poor person and his manager to do everything by hand. The process normally takes two weeks out of store and two to three days more locally for further tailoring. Well as my luck goes the funeral came a week earlier than expected. Again, my salesman went above and beyond in service, he called back East to hurry up the order and followed it here to Saint Louis notifying me as soon as it arrived.
