I am writing to share my experience with the leasing office, particularly regarding the rental application process. Unfortunately, my experience has been less than satisfactory. In July, I submitted a rental application and was informed that I was assigned an apartment in August. However, I received a late-night call after hours at the end of September, stating that my application was denied. This came as a surprise, as I had not received any prior written notice of the denial, nor was I given an opportunity to appeal or resolve the issue, as required by HUD guidelines. Throughout this process, I found the response time to be quite slow, particularly with Veronica, who was handling my application. I was assured that the manager, Dakara, would contact me in early October to discuss the situation, but I have yet to hear from anyone. This experience has been both disheartening and unprofessional. I hope that improvements can be made to streamline the application process and ensure timely communication with prospective tenants

UPDATE: I noticed that the email in the response is for "employment" to investigate this issue and is a Gmail account rather than the official email address associated with the company. Could you please confirm that this email address will indeed be forwarded to the...

A few weeks ago my daughter and I inquired and stopped in to pick up an application. .however we were greeted bby Ms Veronica who expisdiciously accommodated us with a tour, and started the application process. It was a though an she was an angel who knew our desperate need for accomodations. We were met with professionalism and great hospitality. My daughter employer is across the street from Brush Park Apartments, and she's moving in my birthday Month. I'm sure her new home...
