Warning: While in the middle of filling out my application for here, on the application it was questions saying that it is required for you to write down your bank account route number, zip code, and card number. They also was asking what is the color of your vehicle and what year did it come out. I just don't this it's safe giving out so much personal information to a stranger.

For one, why would I give anyone all access to my bank account info? It's too many scams out here. I am not about to be a victim to that again. If check stubs isn't enough then I'm just not going to put a application in here.

It's sad that its people out here that really need help because they can't afford to take care of themselves at the moment, but all places like this care about is knowing too much of your personal information like wow. Then the application gone say what is my last 5 addresses and why did I move. Who said I ever had 5 addresses to begin with? Yup...I'm good on this...

These Apartments need to have a FEDERAL INVESTIGATION BECAUSE EVERYONE HAS MICE & RATS IN THEY APARTMENT & ITS A WHOLE LOT OF THEM IN EACH UNIT. THE NEW MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT IS TERRIBLE THEY WON'T DO THERE JOBS, THEY POP AT YOUR HOME WITHOUT A NOTICE, IF YOU REFUSE TO LET THEM IN CAUSE THEY CAME UNEXPECTEDLY THEY SENDING YOU TO COURT TO HAVE YOU EVICTED CAUSE THEY SHOWED UP UNEXPECTEDLY. THEY NEED TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THESE RATS IN EVERYONE APARTMENT AND THEY NEED TO FIX THE BROKEN THINGS IN MY APARTMENT CAUSE IM GETTING READY TO FILE A MAJOR COMPLAINT WITH THE STATE OF MICHIGAN REGARDING THIS. King homes is trash I stay here now air been out it’s 90 degrees in here you complain to the office they do nothing but tell you about a bullshitting list when I first moved in I complained about the basement sink being dirty they told me to clean it 😂😂 none of my windows work since I first moved in pipes are horrible make loud terrible noises the doors to my rooms was already used with drawings on them they are infested with roaches in certain units in they come through the vent keep in mind market rent is 1200 😂 please make this your last choice to move especially if you have kids people stay dying here...
