The leasing manager is a rude old lady, she doesn’t know how to talk to people. The maintenance man is weird all in your business running telling the leasing agent. I had minor calls from her that began to come more frequent about anything just to intimidate me tryna say she gonna evict me if she have to call me again. Reason being she claims i have a guest that comes and purposely leaves trash in the parking lot which is not true, she said it was on camera and had witnesses which she never showed me any proof. My Dad is a resident of Cheney Park Commons. And he had a few repairs that needed attention. And the speedy response to these repairs are greatly appreciated . I wanto to thank Mrs Gaines for responding so quickly. And I I want to thank the maintenance guy Roger who responded quickly and did an excellent job on all the repairs. Only applied....well started to...The older lady in the office is evil as he**. Whole demeanor is like a witch. She does not know how to smile nor talk to people. The apartments are VERY OVERPRICED. No space like a matchbox. They also ask for way too much information that has nothing to do with your income or assets they want to know all your business. It's ridiculous. The lady is confrontational and rude. Spend your money...
