Family Fair Marketplace — Local services in Detroit

I want to make something very clear. This review is for the krispy KRUNCHY CHICKEN inside the store. The service is poor at best. There is this lady whom typically works the register has a poor attitude towards customers. Have notice on numerous amounts of times her ignoring customers when they are asking her questions about the menu. I also have noticed the lack of hair nets, gloves, and overall general safety sanitation rules. Lastly I'm sure you may or may not be aware of the 5 dollar meal deal. The meal deal picture advertises 2 chickens a biscuit and potato wedges. Apon ordering this I noticed that I was given what looked like mc Donald fries. When I asked the cashier about it she pretend not to hear me talking for a long uncomfortable while before responding that's what you ordered. I pointed to the poster on the wall and told her that's what I ordered. Why are the wedges changed to these fries? No answer. I'm not ordering food from here anymore however that will not stop me from going to the family fair marketplace for groceries. I'm not even upset about the fries, I'm upset about how she handled the situation....

I work hard for my dollar and they slam your food in bags always and definitely don't say hello moreless thank you for my dollar. The price is way to high I thought Mejier would be but they're not. Also to add the QUALITY OF THE FOOD is terrible. It's sad that we settle for this QUALITY of food and a high price and poor service as if your nobody...QUIT TREATING PEOPLE WITH NO RESPECT, you are downtown where there's many more market...I'm definitely reporting this market for quality of food...I'm a secret shopper and I shouldn't have given that..but I'm beyond tired of these stores with high poor service to the community they think their servicing well. ZERO STARS . WILL NEVER RETURN, and my word will continually...

I had shopped here before and was somewhat pleased but today (7/16/2018) I went in with a male friend of mine and we got a couple of good sweet watermelons and a few other things but what I dislike is the fact that they don't offer any organic groceries/items in this grocery market. I really wish that they would consider carrying organic groceries and maybe they could start off with a small selection first. This location is really convenient (right down the road from my apartment) but I patronize and shop elsewhere because the other grocery market location that's also nearby carries a nice selection of...
