Liquidation Depot — Local services in Dickson City

Sue, the owner of Liquidation depot in Dickson city PA is probably the most disrespectful person I have ever met. She sells counterfeit merchandise and does bait and switch to draw people in. I confronted her about a vacuum she clearly put on the top of the pile in her Amazon return bin sale and used it to bait in customers. She immediately caught an attitude with me and I only responded with a smile and let her know I would remember that and to have a good day and took my change and left calmly and quietly. My intention was to just never come back and leave it at that but after I left and started walking to my car, one of the employees stopped me to ask if I found some good stuff. That’s when I politely explained that I won’t be returning due to bait and switch. Sue runs out the door, gets in my face as well as the employee demanding she don’t speak to me and that I was disrespectful for even arguing her pricing. Let’s not forget she also sells fake Stanley’s which she advertised as real right before Christmas, had hundreds of people standing outside and waiting just to take them home and find out they’re counterfeit (which is illegal btw). I'm not sure what the other people are talking about. I think that the staff was as friendly as they possibly could be! They're busy!! Plain and simple! You want great conversation- go to a store that doesn't have a hundred customers waiting in line! Okay, I'm exaggerating about a hundred customers but they were pretty busy and the staff was efficiently moving a good deal of customers through a long line- very quickly! Anyway, I found a bunch of little bargains at fantastic prices! I think you have to use CASH and they are only open on the weekends. I saw plenty of toys but I didn't really look at them. Sorry! They had some $1 bins that had some really cool stuff, if you dig around a bit. That's because people have taken things out of the packages. So stop doing that everyone!! They changed the pricing of hats that were ALL on a wall for $5 she charged $20 . I asked for it back and she proceeded to tell me they dont do refunds. I was Still at the counter. She handed me a $10 and took both hats back. I moved over to recount my items and she left for a cigarette. So my sister and I went up to her and she started talking trash about me to a man with her.
