This store is awful and so are the sales associates, especially PETER. If you get him, please do not let him help you because he will say anything to get you to spend more and more money so he can get a bigger payout. Like saying, “yes they will pay off your phone, give you a new phone free and you get rebates”. Then 2 months later when the bill didn’t change and is much higher than PETER tells you, you get a bill from your other carrier because your phone was never paid off (despite confirming it several times that they will) and you didn’t get any rebates! You can ask PETER and he will say he explained it all, the rebates were to pay off your phone despite not even being close to what was owed on it and he can no longer help you with anything, contact customer service because “maybe you can get them to honor the deal” that you were supposed to be signing up for. This sales associate is a liar and very rude after your transaction is over. I have emailed and called the store several times to get a manager, apparently he is never there because I called every day for one week and was not given a chance to speak to the manager once. Also, I emailed him 3 times to no avail. I would give this store ZERO if I could. Bottom line, if you want T-Mobile then go to a different store, but if you do choose this one and PETER tries to help you… RUN AWAY! Oh and if you see a manager, please tell him to check his messages!!!! Good luck and beware of PETER.
UPDATE TO MANAGER: I just got a voicemail stating that you have been trying to call me and email me, which is hilarious because I have not gotten anything at all. Also, when it takes over 2 months to get back to a customer because they have an Issue you might want to be a little more prompt. I had to write a review for a response and trust me, I sent several emails and have spoken with PETER, who told me there was nothing he could do after he lied to me about everything I signed up for. Read more1/3 my husband went in and got 2 new iPhone 14 w all the stuff to go with them. I wasnt In store so my new phone wasn’t set up they said do it at home everything should be ok. Well it wasn’t ok and my text and phone calling wouldn’t work or set up. I take my new never used phone and my old one down to the store on 1/4 for a rude employee to not even look at my phone to see what was wrong just took my word as if I know exactly what I’m talking about and tell me I need a new SIM card for my new phone I just Bought the night before from them, she wouldn’t give me one or try to figure anything out bc my husband is listed as main person, ok I understand that but not trying to find a different solution or try set up phone on your own? No offering to help just attitude. The best part is my husband calls to talk about what happened and all a sudden they have no idea who the employee I dealt with was as if there was a bunch working at the time, i did not notice any name tag. Now my husband called Arvin who helped him 1/3 and he tells my husband it’s an Esim and it’s not even an actual physical sim so I’m even more confused why the lady would not help me. I want to return my phone but would be charged $70 restocking fee all because that rude lady. I went here for some assistance with customer service and when I walked in no one even looked at me or asked me what I needed. The store smells weird, like food, its messy, and the workers are just on their phones minding their business. When I approached someone, big dude whose name started with a Y or a J, just looked at me and annoyed started "helping me". He was extremely unhelpful, rude, and seemed like being there was the last thing he wanted to do. The "manager", a blonde girl who walks around the store yelling, did not even approach me to try and assist me when I requested to speak to her. She didn't even come out the office! (even though she had been doing nothing walking around 10 minutes prior). They lied to me about my issue and told me there was simply "nothing they could do". I knew that was not true because they did not even care to fix my issue or listen to me. I ended up driving 2 minutes to the T-Mobile store in the Viewmont mall and they were extremely nice and helped me solve my issue without looking annoyed. Plus the store looks clean and the people actually want to work and be helpful. Just drive to another store, don't even stop here.
