I rarely complain, but when you go somewhere and your order gets messed up every single time there is clearly something wrong! I am vegan so I do not eat any meat or dairy. Taco Bell in general is a go to place for me when I want fast food because there are many ways to substitute their menu to make it vegan friendly. I always order everything fresco (no dairy) and subsitute the meat for black beans. Simple right? Welp apparently not because every time I pull away and take a bite and get a mouth full of either cheese or sour cream. What really sent me over the edge was what happen this week. At 8:45pm I ordered a fresco chalupa and said I wanted to substitute the meat for black beans. The girl asked me if everything looked okay on the screen, I said yes, waited about 10 minutes to get my order, and then drove away. I pull over to the side and of course there was cheese on it. I immediately went back into the drive through and explained to the women that my order was wrong. She told me that they couldn’t give me black beans because they stop selling them at 9pm to preserve freshness (it was now 9:02pm). I told her but I literally just ordered my food and it was made wrong so could they please accommodate me and just fix my order. She refused and said she would give me a refund. I was furious. I wasted over 20 minutes waiting in line not once, but twice, for food and left with nothing. For a place that closes at 2am you’d think they would serve the black beans at least until midnight. If this happen once or twice I would understand, but this happens legit every time I go here! It’s ridiculous! The job is not rocket science. No dairy means no dairy. Management seriously needs to retrain these people or fix their POS system so the staff understands the orders better. Needless to say, I’ll never go back. Read moreThe one in Dickson city is absolutely horrible of i could give it 5 negative stars I would. the guy working the drive through was completely rude after sitting in line at the drive through for 20 minutes with 2 cars in front of me for what reason have no idea and that happened more then once and when I finally got to the window waited another 5 to 10 minutes just to hand me our food which was just a couple of burritos with jalapenos and 1 without for our daughter the food wasn't hot and not to mention were not that good everytime we took a bite just got a jalapeno or just got beef or just rice and so on it was not spread out and made how they should be they were put together very sloppy and just crumbled up in the wrapping paper not wrapped how they should be and they didn't mark which one was what. We went again thinking it was like that cause the teenagers working but again we ordered burritos again sat in line for another 20 minutes or so with 1 car in front of me this time and then i finally get to the window and they say we have no beef then why even take the order and have me sitting there the whole time and tell me at the window!!! Makes no damn sense TACO BELL IN DICKSON CITY PENNSYLVANIA IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE WILL NEVER GO AGAIN THEY'RE THE ABSOLUTE WORST DONT EVEN KNOW HOW THEY'RE STILL OPENED AND WHEN THEY MESS UP THEY DO NOTHING TO TRY AND MAKE IT RIGHT FOR YOU. Read moreI went through the drive-through with a mobile order. Staff told us to pull up to the first spot by the front doors. We pulled up to the spot and watched the same person from the drive-through walk the order to a shelf inside the store while making eye Contact with us through the door. We had small kids in the car, so it wasn’t convenient for us to come out and get the order inside which is why we went through the drive-through. The staff should have let us know in the drive-through window that we were going to have to come inside the store to get our order. We were waiting several minutes in the spot they told us to before walking in to check to see if the order was complete. Only to find that have just been sitting on the shelf instead.
