I live in Linden TN, my husband ordered a new mattress from the Dickson, TN store for us at the end of may early June so that we could have our old one in our guest room for my family arriving. The mattress is still not here, although we have gotten calls about the payment due. When i call to see what is going on they tell me "they dont have delivery drivers" and it "takes time to train them" I called today to see if they had any idea on when my matress would be delivered, and he told me he doesn't have an answer for me because of "no delivery drivers" and I told him it was a bit ridiculous that every time I talk to them I get told this. Obliviously I was a little upset and had a tone, and he told me that he was going to have to ask me to "not speak to him like that or he was going to end the call" and when asked "spoke to like what?" He didnt have an answer. I kept asking how he was going to rectify the situation and he kept telling me he didnt have have an answer and if I keep "going on the way I was" he was going to cancel my order. I never once called this man out of his name, nor did I cuss at him. I just firmly told him it was ridiculous, and that they havent called to rectify the situation but they called to get the money for a product I dont even have. He told me for one it wasnt even his store, he was called in to fix the issue this store is apparently having, and that his store in Alabama or Georgia was the top rated store, and for two they apparently have a seperate department for billing, yet the people from that store was the ones calling for the payment. Read moreThis place is awful. The people over the phone are extremely rude and will lie to you as well as the technicians. I called them and asked if I would get a call when the tech was on the way and they said yes considering I was on my way home from work. (We have a washing machine with them and it went out on Saturday and ruined an entire load of clothes) So I get home and 5 minutes later I have someone pulling in my driveway and then right back out of my drive way! I call the aarons people immediately to let them know I was here at the door and the techs never knocked or even got out of there truck and the lady gets rude with me! And then when the technicians arrive they don't even introduce themselves or give us their names?! We proceed to ask if they knocked and he lies right to our faces and says he knocked several times! By the way, it is also pouring down rain and they muddy up our brand new floors by walking through our living room, kitchen, and laundry room. You can't tell me an appliance company doesn't provide their techs shoe covers.. just bad customer service and a bad experience over all. Read moreWe had a repair guy out today to look at our $4000 sectional. It has been squeaking really bad for about 6 months. Also has a broken leg on it. It was delivered that was. First he was rude to my wife about removing his shoes. He gave her an attitude about it. Then told her he would have to take apart the whole section that is squeaking. It would take 2 hours. I called the store the told me there was nothing they could do. It had to be repaired. Wouldn't give us a new couch because we didn't have but 4 more payments. I tried 3 months ago to have them look at it. They never called. I called 3 times kept getting told gm was busy and would call me back. She never did. I don't appreciate them insinuating that our couch was old and not well maintained. We have had the couch around 18 months. It's still in great condition except for the squeaking and broken leg. Broken leg was delivered that way. I feel it should be replaced if you spend $4000 on a couch. Seems like there should be a replacement warranty. Pretty ridiculou. Next time I will go...
