So I purchased a sofa bed from them that is blue and a recliner that is like a gray type of color now when I went into the store, there was no damage to the recliner. They delivered it on a Wednesday. I was out of town. I come back two days ago and I noticed which the furniture is in my office so nobody’s in my office so I come in my office and the recliner has a hole in it and blue marks on it now the sofa bed is blue so I’m calling them to let them know. They’re telling me there’s nothing that they can do about the situation and I’m upset because they’re saying that the people that delivered it are honest people they’re not gonna say that they damaged the furniture so they’re trying to tell me that I damaged the furniture. There’s no way I could damage the furniture because the blue is the same color as sofa bed so I will never shop at the store ever ever ever again and I suggest y’all don’t shop there either and her name is Khalifa. She was the person that helped me out that one time did she say is as is or anything like that then they tell me that I signed the paperwork saying that there was nothing wrong with the furniture for one I never signed that because I wasn’t home at the time so my daughter signed that I wasn’t. It wasn’t my signature. And they don’t wanna do nothing about the situation but come and clean it you gonna come and clean it but there’s a hole in it. Their automated service randomly calls the week before (after 4pm) to let me know my furniture is being delivered the next day. Umm no, that’s not the day I scheduled. I immediately call the delivery number back, multiple times. No one answers and their “mailbox is full”. What?? I call the main store, no one can help me “reschedule” the delivery (as if it’s somehow my fault they screwed up the date). And the warehouse closes at 4pm “that’s why no one is answering”. So, why send delivery texts and messages after they’re closed for the day?? The store manager Natasha says I can try to calling the warehouse between 9am and 9:30 the next day before they load the truck. “They may not answer but keep calling so you can reschedule” NO, you guys screwed up the delivery date. Why am I spending another 2+ hours trying to get in touch with people who intentionally schedule after they close, don’t answer the phone and have a full mailbox. WTH!! This store is so poorly run. Never again!

The customer service upon purchase was good but just as soon as our couch and chair was delivered, The chair had to be repaired that first week because there was loose parts inside making rattling noise. Then the same chair started peeling.
We addressed the issue saying the chair was defective and needed to be replaced because of the many issues and right away and the store got in touch with the manufacturer and blamed us saying we didn't take care of the leather.
It was within six months when it started peeling. The furniture was under one year warranty. I’ve had many leather furniture pieces before and it took several years before it peeled.
We spent a lot of money on what we thought was good quality. It’s disgusting how the one year warranty is not honored and the customer is blamed. We were suggested to replace that part that peeled for $300 on top of the $3000 we paid for the set. We will never give them our...
