Came in today to bring in a bunch of clothes that Iâm not using anymore. Was told they only wanted 3 pieces out of the entire bin. When I looked none of them were the premium denim I brought in. The three pieces were a top shop top NWT, a pair of my husbands brand new Lee jeans and a lucky brand NWT shirt. For those three pieces they wanted to give me $5. What a joke. When I asked why they didnât want the premium denim or Armani womenâs dress I was told they were washed too many times. I laughed because said denim and dress are brand new. The denim alone costs between $150- $178 a pair. If said employees were educated on brands they would know that those are the washes these brands offer. Joes jeans, DL1961, and AG all offer different washes that have worn in looks. One was even super dark and a semi wide retro which is very trendy right now. Too bad for you because I can sell them on Poshmark or Mercari for so much but was choosing to bring them to you as a convenience so I didnât have the hassle. No worries happy to make someoneâs day online with a great pair of jeans at a great price. With so much competition and this type of business practice Iâm not sure how this store stays in business. Things are not cheap in there. MK Bags for $90 and Nike shoes for over $100. Iâll...
Read more0 stars!!! The clothing selection in the store is very outdated and overpriced, they dont accept brand name brand new items whenever I take them in there to sell and what they do take they give you a laughable amount of money back. I also find the staff to be of no help & that has sadly been the case for many years. They take super long to go through sellers items, and barely acknowledge customers in the store. I was told it would be 40 minutes to go through my things and Iâd get a text when they were done. I received no text & after an hour and 20 minutes I proceeded inside and waited by the counter for another 20 minutes with my toddler with no acknowledgment given towards me at all. But they could stare and judge my child and I. (If you have a toddler, you know the way they act sometimes lol!) I had to go up to the counter and ask just to be told they were taking 2 out of 20 items and offering me $13! Save your clothes and money, donate to charities, have a yard sale, etc. anything will give you better results than this location. P.S. it smells like somebodyâs dirty clothing bin in there, they really should do something to...
Read moreAbsolutely horrible place to sell clothes at. We started off trying to make two seperate transactions under the same name, and some white girl who was working there was extremely rude to me and my friend as we tried to ask about it , she kept on talking over her coworker and being rude. We then waited 2 hours for our clothes and still it wasnât done when we came in. We looked around and there were tons of dirty white shoes and converse with lint on them. But when they gave me my stuff back they wouldnât take my clean white vans because they were âdirtyâ they had a couple scuffs one them, but not like other shoes they had in there. We had so much in fashion stuff and we were paid literally nothing. I attempted to give them a pair of 180 dollar 6 inch platforms and they attempted to pay me 4.50 for them. Thereâs no way I let them keep them. There was stained musty clothes that were all extremely over piced. Itâs a broken and extremely biased system. I saw a literal shirt with a poorly drawn fox on it with a furr tail it was hideous and theyâd take that but not my white floral crop top I got...
