The service is the worst I’ve ever had! The waitress was new and no one helped really helped her. My cheese came to the table cold. I had to order my rice n beans separately and the waitress never came and checked on us. Another waitress came over once. Then the waitress bring me the check I gave her my card and she comes over to tell me that she forgot my drink oh no problem until I looked down on the bill and she charged me someone else’s bill! I had to point it out to her! So the so called manager came over and was like I’m giving you cash back to make up the difference. She didn’t offer to make it right like hey how about desert on us. Her whole attitude was like she didn’t even care. I told her someone should have been there helping the new waitress and not her be allowed to ring up someone’s transaction if she doesn’t know what to do.. I later told the manager she is the worst manager I’ve ever met. Your waitress messed up my food and payment. And you just brush it off like oh well I don’t care. When I told her about how they brought out the food but not my fajitas I had to wait another five or more minutes she just shrugged her shoulders at me! DO NOT EAT HERE! Horrible!! We eat here quite often. We have gotten to know a handful of the staff as we have become somewhat regulars. As with anywhere, we have our favorite waiter, so we do look at the others as not as good. Without being bias, during busy dinner nights, they can tend to forget about you a bit. But no more than anywhere else. I would say out of the 100 times we have been there, maybe two times we had a 2 star rating. No way do they have flies all over, smell within the restaurant, or bland food. I have no idea how people actually think that. Maybe they ate outside, which we have never done. But it sound like jabs from the competition. If you like a restaurant or not, don't make it sound like these wonderful people are monsters and can't run a restaurant. Lately we have been getting the burrito azteca, with mixed meat, any style fajitas, and my kids keep it simple (7 and 12) with tacos ,cheese dip, and rice. Someone put a bad review for no white sauce for the chips. It is called queso cheese and they most definitely offer it. There homemade salsa and guacamole is top shelf. This is an update from a prior review. I tried the oysters, which sound like a good deal at a dozen for $13, but they were tasteless and gross looking, with weird red spots on them. Definitely not in any way fresh, which I guess I should've expected. The rest of the food was pretty good so that's why it still gets a 2. However, I would've given it a 1 if this had been my first time. When I came before I got very friendly and prompt service, but my waitress tonight was awful. I ordered the new roasted corn and pepper chunky guacamole, but the waitress brought out what was quite obviously queso and not guacamole, but I didn't notice until she left. When I noticed her mistake I went to the front to tell her, and she told me that it was the guacamole and I just had to mix it up Well, I did, and guess what, there was just more cheese. As if runny, yellow cheese could be confused with guacamole by anyone other than her anyway. So again I went to the front, bringing the queso with me, and she asked the cooks, who confirmed they made a mistake and gave me queso. It's very rude to tell someone they're wrong about something when clearly he or she is not, especially if you're in a service position. At least check for...
