I am disgusted at how this place operates. I was a new patient and had one appointment for less than 20 minutes to diagnose mild consistent pain in the abdomen. Several tests were recommended at very expensive prices and I eventually found a provider on my own that could do one of them at an affordable price. Fortunately, everything came out fine at the other place and I seem to be better, but this place should be shut down for how they do business. I gave my insurance card at the beginning of the appointment and was told I didn't have to pay anything even though my card said $50 co-pay for doctor visits. I see a bill a month later for $220 and my insurance kicked in $5. What kind of nonsense billing is this? I setup a payment plan and the billing department did not record one my payments and continues to bill me for payments that I made months ago with proof on my credit card statements. Read moreI went here for physical checkup. My insurance covers 100% physical checkup once a year. But they run so many additional blood test that was unnecessary and my insurance didn't cover and i received a bill after a month. Very frustrating and upsetting! If they could have told me before that they are going to run so many test that i have to pay out of pocket, i wouldn't have gone for that. This is where a patient feels helpless and can't fight with the system. I don't understand why don't they give patients a full list of test in front they are going to run for physical checkup that is covered/not covered before they bill them a ridiculous higher bill...

We've been trying to get a referral for my wife for over a month, but it's been a constant struggle because they've submitted it incorrectly three times. The referral coordinator, Juliana, seems unsure of her responsibilities, and she's often on PTO with no backup available. We've also sent multiple messages to Dr. Jenna Bhatt's clinical team through the Live Well app last month, but they have yet to respond or provide any updates.
