Today I had a horrible experience at Macy’s. I selected my items while at the register trying to use my gift card to apply to my balance it kept being denied so I paid for some items and stepped to the side to call the card services for the remaining items. Once I got card services on the line to help out they made me continue to wait on the side and kept taking new costumers and told me I needed to wait. After a few customers received help they continued to ignore me, so of course now I’m heated and said why do I need to keep waiting while you take new customers. Now they telling me to calm down and to stop getting loud. However when I was shopping teens was yelling and pushing each other in the store near the register and costumers appeared nervous and nothing was said to them. But as soon as a black women got loud they were ready to call security and Mr. Ralph refused to help me. He pretended to start cleaning. I’m not happy with my purchase at all and will not return to this store. When I got home I said I should have return my other items. Gift Card services were really patient holding on with me for about 15 minutes as I stood on the side and decided to replace...
Read moreFamily I grew up in San Francisco shopping at the Macys that has four Macys one on each corner. I have been a Macys fan all of my life. Until recently I purchased an adjustable bed on the advice of the sales person and manager that this would be good for me because I am legally blind? I went for the suggestion and purchased the bed. This was my first experience with the adjustable bed the Young manager told me it came with the mattress. Me not knowing what type of mattress it should have. Had they sent a regular mattress. This was disastrous. Macys has lost its integrity with Some of its sales representatives. Hell I could have told the man not to send a regular mattress for an adjustable bed it does not conform and fold to the up and down of the adjustments. I will not purchase another bed or mattresses with Macys. The insurance you purchase is not worth the money either because they will not take responsibility for their Era. My suggestion for anyone if you purchase an adjustable bed get the correct type of mattress that will band and fold when you put the bed up and place it back down....
Read moreGreat place for suits and formal apparel, not to mention a relatively large selection of fragrances and make-up. This location has been here for decades, even when it was formerly called Robinson's May. Everything is neatly organized. Sales are well advertised and the staff is friendly and professional, even going the extra mile to advise customers of sales and deals currently going on at a particular time. This place is relatively large and multi-storey, with the Home Store for kitchen supplies located off to the side of the main department store approachable only from outside the parking lot and not the main store. I only occasionally shop here, but of which a friend and I are well aware, if you want a reasonably-priced suit from popular brands, stop here first. If you do shop at the other department stores in the mall in search of a suit after visiting Macy's at Stonewood Center, you will probably end up back here from...
