I went in to do an exchange for a birthday gift I got that didn’t fit me, I went in and the manager took it out and looked at it and saw a small blemish where it had makeup from when I had my girlfriend try it on, so i could keep it because I don’t like returning items, unfortunately it was too big for her and when she took it off is when it got makeup on it. He then tells me I’m not going to do the return , I asked him why and he was telling me repeatedly he’s not a cleaner and that the item was dirty when it clearly was not it just had a little makeup and I said you can clean it off he just kept saying I’m not doing the return because you clearly wore it… I told him again that I tried it on and it didn’t fit it had the tags and everything and was not damaged. I don’t return items often and the way he reacted and didn’t even try to help me made it seem like they just find was to deny returns, making jokes and laughing saying you’re not a Cleaner is not a way to talk...

I've bought alot almost 3 k worth in a few years. One guy is pretty cool. Others seem lazy. I called many times no answer finally drove over that week to walk in and find two people just talking away.. looked like some young guy trying to hit on the other girl employee walked around and left felt like a a swap meet no one cared to collect my money or what I wanted. They look like melenialas. To busy to Help went to ther store down the other quart and dropped $650. And then came back next day for $475 more.. sad to say the world is not the same simple help and smile and can I help you is gone. To busy being a privileged generation of serious sad and my feelings hurt generation.. God !! Grow up. No one cares.. no trophy for...

This store doesn"t deserve a star.I had to return a Dodger beanie which I purchases a hour earlier due to it being defective and wanted to exchange it for a good one .I"ve never been treated like a criminal like the sale associate Cat treated me by the faces she was making while examining the product and her tone when she said this would be the final exchange due to me removing the tags even though I brought the tags back..I will never return to this store again even though Ive been a customer for 3 years..the worst customer...
