Dined for the 1st time in this local place. Food that we ordered were pretty good. My husband had a large serving of Chicken Berry Walnut Salad. He transferred like a third of the serving size to an extra plate leaving 2/3 of the salad leftover neatly in place on the serving plate. He consumed what he got together with soup and garlic bread that came with it. It was very filling. He packed the 2/3 in a to go box like it was presented on the plate with most of the chicken and berries on top. As the service staff was bussing out the table, she accidentally dropped the box on floor and that's okay as accidents do happen. She apologized and graciously said she will have a new one made in the kitchen to replace it. The disappointment came when my husband opened the salad at home only to find out that the same to go box that fell on the floor was used in topping up the salad with a small amount of veggies. No meat was replaced and the cranberry dressing marks were still on the box cover. We got grossed out and had to dump the salad as the same box that landed on the floor was the exact same one we got as replacement. Service was good but food safety awareness was severely lacking. Management need to train staff on food...

I've never given am online review before but I felt compelled to after my experience here. I often frequent Outback for their prime rib but was looking for somewhere closer to my home and found them online so i thought i would try them out. I must say I was Very disappointed in fact i wad even reluctant to pay for out as i habe never been so unsatisfied with a meal. First of all they dont give you a choice of size and the cut was maybe 8oz for $19.99 which would have been fine had it not been chewy and tasted like cardboard. The friend zucchini was over fried on the outside and undercooked on the inside and the " sauteed veggies" had absolute no taste and tasted like they had been soaking in water for 3 days. The only thing that was ok was the steak fries and salad but neither of those are difficult to get right. I don't know if it was the product or the fact that the cooks are most likely experienced in making ethnic foods not American. The staff were friendly but not extend beyond what was necessary. Over all I left feeling ill not full. Would not advise going here for prime rib at all sorry. Just telling...

This review is to give Melanie recognition for providing exceptional service. This was my 3rd time visiting. The first time we had an amazing server he was an older gentleman, he was very attentive and on point. The 2nd time I had a woman server short hair not very tall she was not attentive at all very bad service to the point where I wasn't planning to return, but I ended up coming a 3rd time unfortunately I ended up with the same server she dyed her hair blue a repeat of bad service. Thankfully I saw Melanie running around attending to guests I asked her for help as my server forgot several things and kept bypassing me. Melanie picked up our servers slack and did it with a smile and no hesitation. Whenever Melanie passed by she checked on me making sure I was good unlike our server. Our server took our order and gave us our check and never once checked on us, horrible service. Anyhow Melanie deserves all the recognition. She should be considered a valuable asset to your team, I truly hope management gives her the recognition she deserves and a big fat raise...
