There isn't much to say, this is a Harbor Freight. It is a chain store that sales low price tools. Most of the tools work fine but they do also sell some stuff that doesn't work very well. I recommend looking on their website for reviews of each thing you are interested in buying to find out if people have problems with that particular tool. This location has the full selection that other locations have.
