April 13, 2024. 12:10 pm. Wow! Tamara the Mgr. is off this weekend and she will be back Monday. I wonder what she will do. This is how my customer service interaction went with Aliza V, I believe. As I was talking to her at the register, she kept talking to her co-worker. So I couldn’t get my question answered. I said I’m sorry if I’m interrupting your conversation and she got angry. We are talking business, not personal she says, and as she started to rage I stepped back. It escalated from there with her saying do you want someone else to help you and I said no, I just want my question answered and she began to insult me, calling me a Karen, refusing to give me her name after I asked a few times. I leaned into read her badge and it was faded and she was all smug bragging it was her last name. She didn’t feel comfortable giving me her name. Huh? What? Then I said I want a manager. As I am 2 registers down she is still like at me while she is ringing up another customer!!!, who is looking at me with big eyes like what the heck is going on. A supervisor came over named Thekra who was very nice. As she’s asking me what is going on Aliza is talking to her and saying if you are going to side with her I’m going to leave, clock out. What? Is her behavior for real? We are 1 minute into the conversation. She is angry and talking out loud while she still has a customer. She leaves her station, her register! She walks away!! I have never seen anyone behave like this before. She showed Thekra, me and her co-workers who the boss is. Aliza can say and do whatever she wants and it’s acceptable. It is not. However Aliza V is the boss. There is something seriously wrong with this girl in my opinion. There was no reason for her to Rage at me, make excuses for continuing to talk to her male co-worker, insult me, name call me, interrupt my conversation with Thekra, rage while ringing up another customer and show her anger. She is dangerous in my opinion. In another minute would she have attacked me? She has no respect for anyone in life in my opinion and certainly no respect for Thekra, co-workers or customers. I will be contacting corporate about her behavior and of course Tamara on Monday. My opinion and impression of Aliza when I stepped back from the counter is 💯 on point. I asked the employee who was putting back the fitting room go backs if she knew right of hand if they received any Sheath dresses she looked at me as if I was from another planet. She said I will be right back . She never came back . It’s a discount store I get it . Everything should be by size it’s not . I went to the fitting rooms and the employee said 8 items and you’re going to have to hang all your items on this rack so I can verify. I handed her a dress that the hanger broke trying to pull it off the rack because all the hangers weren’t separated but a tangled mess . She hands me the hanger and here “ you have to hang it “ I can’t touch the clothes that you’re trying on due to covid . She also said when you bring the items you don’t want “hang them up right on the hanger zippers zipped , buttons buttoned, sleeves pulled out , I had to stop her and remind her that I didn’t work there she did. I also mentioned that I understand the Covid and every store has their guidelines . However don’t give a customer a demand. I suggested that she might want to say During the Covid we ask all customers to hang there items on the rack. On another note Loss prevention not everyone steels take a training class on what to look for on Suspicious shoppers . I have more negative then positive to review on Ross . I feel that customer service should be exactly that offering your services to the customer at the highest level . I mean without customers you wouldn’t have a job so please step...
Read moreOur shopping experience at this store on the night of February 28, 2025, was both horrible and humiliating. Two of my friends and I, all over 55 years old, visited the store to take advantage of the discount offered that day.
When it was time to pay, we approached the register together to purchase our respective items separately. However, the cashier (Associate No. 581774) created an unnecessarily unpleasant situation. She insisted on only accepting payment from one of us, claiming that we could not make separate purchases. At no point did we intend to combine our purchases—we each planned to pay individually, using cash or cards. Despite this, she repeatedly refused in a rude and discriminatory manner, forcing us to call the store manager to address the issue.
We were not attempting to violate any policies; we simply wanted to pay for our items separately. Additionally, the security personnel at the store entrance acted in the same unprofessional and condescending manner as the cashier.
