Kohl's — Local services in Duluth

I have always liked Kohl's. My grandma used to take me back to school shopping at Kohl's. Now, that's still the best place to find jeans for my adolescent son. There are so many different three numbered size combinations (length width inseam? Idk) but you can use the numbers and work towards what looks good on the kid by having him staying the fitting room while you try to find the perfect jeans in the cubbies on the grid. Then, once you get the numbers dialed in, then you can grab that exact size of every kind for them to try. It's way better than dressing your son in awkwardness, like some skinny jeans or high waters from TJ max because they're what was available But, this weekend I was just in there to return Amazon things. I love Kohl's, really, I do. I went there today to spend my Kohls cash, use my Yes2You Rewards, all stacked on my Kohls Wallet App. Yes, I go to Kohls often. I have my routine down. When I went to check out, the cashier was giving me a snarky attitude as she was training in someone new--showing off for her I'm guessing. But she was asking for stuff I've never had to do before and I questioned her on it. Her reply? "I've worked here longer than you've shopped here. Ordered a pair of boots online for my daughter, and by accident, got the wrong color. Their site says you can cancel or even change the order on your own in your account, which is not true. I noticed my mistake right away (within a couple minutes) and I went into my account every hour for a few hours to check on my order and every time going into my account they said I had no orders and did not purchase anything. I gave up and called customer service. I was on hold for a very long time and then got a customer service individual who was very rude! No people skills and very short and flat the way he spoke. He told me he could not help me and told me to buy the right colored pair and return the other ones. What a joke for a company! They had not shipped my order or even prepared it yet.
