I’m from NY and could not find anyone that did engraving for champagne glasses where I’m from! I was referred to Lee by another shop when grasping at straws trying to find someone to help complete my custom gift close to where the wedding was. Boy did he deliver!! From the moment I asked if it could be done, to communicating the process, shipping the glasses down, him completing the work and me picking them up - the entire process was smooth and flawless! Thank you for helping me give a gift that’ll last a lifetime with so much sentimental value. I can’t tell you how happy I was to gift those to the newlyweds! Absolutely...

Lee I guess who runs the joint was very helpful for I was looking to engrave a gift for a new home buyer. I am a local real estate agent and was looking for a gift for him and Lee whipped out the catalog for us and we ordered whatever we wanted to be shipped to the store then engraved. Pick it up in two days and that’s a rap. Very reasonably priced too…the bbq set I am getting my client was cheaper than Amazon believe it or not!! Thanks Lee Mullen for having such an amazing store. And you can bring in your own items to have engraved if you like as well…just an all around great store and a great man...

Over priced Engraving four letters cost me twenty five dollars 25+ for a less than one inch brushed silver pastic placard. Couldn't believe it, yet I paid for something I really needed. As though it was the only place to get this done. Owners a nice person but that was the priciest tiny placard ever. Don't be forced to settle shop around first. If you want positive referrals, maybe not Treat customers as though their only there once. As your unfair pricing will inshure they will not come back, I won't. Nice location friendly owner but...
