Edgewater Park & Dunedin Marina and right next to each other, and both are a nice place to enjoy walking out to the small pier, playing on their children’s outdoor park area (within steps), have a picnic lunch or dine out, and the people watching is great. The parks children play area is well taken care of and a nice place to enjoy, and is walkable from downtown just like the DM. This is a great area to enjoy fishing or just a walk to clear your head. Downtown Dunedin is a very walkable area with a pretty pavilion right Next Door to it. The marina is visible from the park so you can see the boats that are docked there. It’s a very pretty setting and we use it quite often since we live near downtown Dunedin. It’s a very scenic area so doing photos is easy and enjoyable. So it’s just an overall beautiful environment. The assortment of boats that you see docked at the marina or coming and going varies, there are also many fishing charter companies that run out of here. It is not a huge marina, but it’s perfect for the...

A hidden treasure in tiny Dunedin! My wife and I had business in Clearwater today and decided to make an afternoon of it. We drove around the Edgewater Drive neighborhood looking at the lovely old homes either lovingly preserved and cared for or refurbished or updated. We picked up delicious sandwiches from Lonnie's, a landmark sandwich shop. Try the Sonnybird. Fresh. Homemade and fabulous! I had the pressed Chipotle chicken sandwich on Cuban bread. Wow! So, we drove five minutes through downtown and parked at the Marina to enjoy lunch and the view. The park is made for a quiet stroll or just a quiet moment. The vehicle traffic fades into the background while you enjoy looking out to the Intercoastal and the masts of the moored sailboats and the tourists and locals coming and...

Beautiful, perfect & cozy place to walk to and spend an hour or two afternoon or evening with a special someone or your entire family with buckaroos in toe! Nice dock to mosey up to appreciate Clearwater bay, Clearwater beach skyline and the gulf! Not to mention downtown Dunedin is literally next door, it’s the diamond of Pinellas county! Pelicans, fish & dolphins popping up to say hi :) Fisherman doing what they do, gorgeous boats and friendly people....not to mention the yummy little place to get fresh off the boat seafood! This is the epitome of what Florida’s gulf coast has to offer & be proud of :) You would be a fool to not to stop by to enjoy, the sunsets alone is...

Dunedin Marina is a perfect place for an afternoon visit. There is a restaurant, Best Western, shops and a park with a playground, public bathrooms and a beautiful pavilion that may be rented for special occasions. The locals enjoy walking and jogging down Edgewater Dr and watching sunsets from this amazing view. There is free parking spaces but on weekends they fill up quickly. I highly recommend this area for tourists since there are many destinations within walking distance. Downtown is a quarter of a mile away. Here you'll find our favorite restaurants, breweries and shops. There is a lot to see and do in Dunedin and here everything is walkable.

The Dunedin Marina is a must-see spot that you shouldn’t miss out on during your stay. It’s where you can see the Florida boating life while walking down the pier and soak up the scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico. There are boat tour options in the Marina where you can get the chance to encounter dolphins or manatees or simply enjoy the beauty of the sunset. The Dunedin Marina is situated right in the heart of downtown Dunedin and contains 180 wet slips. As a public fishing Pier, you can either catch a fish or enjoy the beauty of the sunset.
