Walgreens — Local services in Durango

If I could give this place a negative star review I would! We have been waiting on them to fill a simple birth control and blood pressure med for 3 days now and each day we have called and spoken to them they said oh it will be ready in an hour and each time we call back they just keep saying that. We finally just tried to go up there today and demand they make it right there but surprise this pharmacy closes at 6pm. What Walgreens pharmacy closes at 6pm on a Monday!?!? Generally I love Walgreens, I've gotten my meds from them and many cosmetics, every place I have lived. That ends here it seems, and I just transferred my prescriptions to Sav On. Don't get me wrong, the check out staff are always pleasant and friendly -- but the pharmacy staff are often unpleasant and they always seem to be having "staffing" issues whenever I need to get my meds (and close the whole pharmacy). Today I witnessed a technician of yours(hair in ponytail, with curly hair) be SO rude to another customer that was infront of me that I'm still shaking from it. When it was my turn, I stepped up to ask the same lady how I can transfer my scripts from your store to Walmart and was greeted with a "whatever" I then backed away and went towards the manager and then she quickly changed her tune.
