I really wanted to like this store. I’ve been a few times hoping for a welcoming, confident vibe but honestly, it consistently feels cold and uninviting. If you don’t fit their exact idea of the “right” customer or aren’t spending big, it shows… and it’s not subtle. Small purchases feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued sale.
For a boutique that claims to inspire confidence, I walked out feeling the opposite! There’s a clear line between curating a unique shopping experience and making customers feel small or unworthy. This store hasn’t figured that out!
