Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in East Hempfield Township

Had no choice but to give one star really wanted to give none. I have been ordering at this little ceaser since opening day. The ladies there know me by first name even know my voice when calling in an order to be ready for pickup. Today will be the last day I order anything from them due to the man who claims to be the owner. I went in to order an ICB, and extra most best, the man who claims to be owner manager goes on to say we have it ready,no thank you sir I would like mines to be fresh, I'll wait the 10 minutes. No he says it doesnt work that way we have it ready, he goes on to remove the box out the warmer, opens it, to show me that it's been ready now for 30 mins. I said no thank you I do not want anything that sat for 30 mins. Well it doesnt work like that, if I make a new one its wasting product. I work for food service, its wasting food if you've already made so many and had it there and no one buys it. I went on to politely tell the man I've never experienced this with any employees here, I really dont mine waiting, plus its dry and looks like it's been sitting longer the printed sticker says so, he rudely asked if there's anything else I wanted totally dismissing my request for everything fresh. At that point I said no thank you, I felt uncomfortable ordering anything else just think what this man would do to the food I will be giving my children, I said I will be filing a report with cooperate. He said his name before leaving adding insult to injury. It really sucks because their are two different customers, one who cant wait and wants it after paying and then theirs customers like me who have patience and wait even willing to pay extra for a meal that is fresh and hasn't been sitting for more than an hour. Go to another location. The staff can barely understand you when you try to order. They’re very rude as well. They got our entire order wrong. We wanted three pretzel crust pizzas with the cheese sauce. We asked for no salt on the crust. The employee repeatedly asked “no sauce?” and eventually we had to point to a picture of the salted crust for him to get it. Okay no big deal, and our crusts did not have salt, but our pizzas didn’t have sauce either. Actually, they did, they had splotches of regular pizza sauce here and there under the cheese. We drove 20 minutes home before realizing that all three pizzas were completely wrong. While sitting in the lobby, we saw what we assume is the manager just blatantly ignoring customers, and then yelling at them and being rude when he did acknowledge them. A woman asked for a specific item and he repeatedly yelled “no, out” over and over at her until she realized he meant that they were out of the item. We didn’t bother driving 20 minutes back or calling the store because most likely they wouldn’t understand or care about any compliant or mistake anyway....

DO NOT go to this location! They will pretend they don't speak English when there is a problem. Their website glitched and it put in two orders for me instead on one. I only found out when I went in to pick up and she tried to give me two of the same order. I told her I would not order two separate orders for the exact same thing. I tried showing them on my phone that only ONE went through, I only got ONE confirmation email. She pretended like she didn't understand and refused to refund my money for the second order that went through. She said it wasn't their problem, it was the websites. I saw "Dad" aka the owner in the back talking on his cell phone then went right back to making pizzas without washing his hands. I informed his daughter at the register how unsanitary that is and again, she acted like she didn't understand English. Eat here at your own risk and check your bank statement for double charges!
