Nano Burger — Restaurant in East Hempfield Township

We went to the food trucks and it was two workers in the truck the one worker she left for the day as the rush was starting and there was more people showing up.It was understaffed and they were very slow they were making one burger at a time and we asked how long it was gonna take and the worker said four people ahead of you and it ended up being 7 people ahead of us we needed to go back to work and they told us five people ahead we waited 50 mins after and than finally got are food we also ordered to go and they gave two of us no to go boxes at all because they said they didn’t have any and than they gave my other coworker and I to go boxes, they were very inconsiderate of peoples times and what they asked for and we didn’t appreciate it at all we all were very disappointed and they didn’t cook our food all the way through, the burgers were okay but the fries were raw and cold we didn’t appreciate it we will definitely not be recommending this to our friends we even told some people who were wondering it it would be good or not about the wait time and they weren’t happy either that it took up to 50 mins very understaffed and...

I was extremely disappointed yesterday with the service we received from Nano Burger food truck. We were at Letorts end of school festival and had ordered 2 orders of sliders and 2 orders of fries and waited an whole hour trying to be as patient and understanding as possible since it seemed they were swamped, and yet we did not hear our name called during that whole time. When we finally asked about our order they said they had no record of my order, but yet I had already paid for it. So we had to show proof of the purchase in my bank account and then they made the food for us.
