As mentioned reviews, there is a middle age white woman with brown hair and blue eyes she is very rude and should not be working there. Her attitude is condenscending towards the customers, I felt discriminated. I was treated poorly by the sale consultant at this location. I've purchased at other locations and never had an issue. During a visit on 3/14/25 I wanted to purchas a pen in white color, I was browsing through the box of samples. I asked the sales lady "Kerry" if she had white available and she said "No" at first. Then few minutes later she said "wait I think I have it, just wait here". I saw how she signaled the other lady working at the store with some face expression. She had pulled the white pen out of the sample box and asked the other lady to wrap it for me. I asked her "is that the one from the sample box because I asked for a new one" and she said "oh yes it's new she is just wrapping". I went back to the sample box and noticed the white pen was missing and I asked her. She said she had no idea what I was talking about. I asked her for my refund and she had this passive aggressive tone and said "to wait and that she will take as long as she wants if I don't calm down". I was really furious in that moment and was asking her why she tried to trick me and she gave me my refund and rudely asked me to leave. Read moreThe one star review is for the bad quality and the store manager Kerry. My husband purchased a pair of Swarovski lab-grown diamond earrings for me as a surprise gift. Given that I don’t want to get my ears pierced, we went to the store to return them. The store manager Kerry took her time to inspect the items and told us she couldn’t accept the return because the earrings have clear signs of wears and scratches. This is unacceptable for two reasons 1. we never took the earrings out of the box. The second I saw its earnings in the box I knew we needed to return since I can’t wear them. So if Kerry is telling the truth then they sold us bad quality items to start with. 2. If their lab-grown diamonds can be scratched in 2 weeks, are they even good quality diamonds??? There is even a certificate that came with the purchase to show quality and authenticity which seems like a joke.
