I'm from CA and visiting NJ when my phone started acting up. Went to Tmobile American Dream, got a new phone and traded my old phone. I'm already at EWR airport, ready for plane boarding when I realized that I forgot my SD card from my old phone. Extremely unhelpful. I have just switched over from Sprint. Since being with T-mobile i have had an atrocious experience. This store had what seemed like helpful employees.
