Kohl's — Local services in Easton

I went there today to look at jewelry. I went straight to the jewelry counter and there was a worker there. I was obviously looking and she walked off. I waited for a while to see if she would come back. She didn’t. My husband then went and asked for help and was told someone would be there soon. We stood there watching them. There were three ladies at the register area. One was checking someone out and there was no one else to check out and the other two were just talking. It didn’t look like they were talking about work and one of them were on their phone scrolling. Well. I was going to buy jewelry and a new dress for my birthday. I ended up just walking out. It was very disheartening to walk up to the check out and zero employees were at any registers. There were two woman at the customer service counter talking to each other and they never made eye contact with me. However one of them waved her hand in a motion to check out at that counter. The two employees NEVER stopped talking to each other and not even two words were said to me while the woman was ringing my stuff up. I paid and left and they were still having their conversation. Clean and organized. We have some Kohl's cash that was expiring today so we headed over. We got there about 30 minutes before they were set to close but the staff as a whole was very patient with all the shoppers. Just reminding them that the store was closing but still answering questions and pointing us in the right direction. Our cashier though was rushing us through the line even though there was no one behind us. She didn't answer our questions about coupon codes or anything.
