I got my braids done 2 weeks ago and it look like I had my braids in for 3 months. It’s only been 2 weeks she needs to work on her tucking skills with box braids because you can see the natural hair color coming thru already. She did not braid my hair all the way down and I ask for box braids she gave me all different shapes and put the box part in the front, she needs help in the salon because its only her in the salon doing hair and she does not do faux loc or goddess braids and a couple of other hair styles. She does provide hair , I also had two people working on my head at the same time so my braids came out different sizes but it wasn’t all bad I still like how it look the first day I would go back as a last resort for a hair braiding salon 💇 and the prices are over...

This was my first visit to Tina’s African Hair braiding since I’m new to the area. The shop was easy to find (even with the construction going on in the area) the shop is small, clean and the ladies seemed very friendly. I asked for medium box braids. The braids look nice however, I do have an issue with the braids being different sizes and length. The braids in the back are larger than the braids in the front. I like for my braids to be cohesive. The braid work is really good! I had 3 different ladies working on my braids throughout the service and maybe that’s why the braids don’t appear to be the same size. If you call this message abuse and disrespectful, clearly you don’t have understanding of the word abuse or disrespectful! Abuse and disrespect is when you agree to do my hair and when I walk into your shop you refuse to do my hair after we spoke numerous times yesterday and agreed on a time and price. And when I arrived at your shop you say oh it’s you! I’m not doing your hair because of the message you sent me in August. Really ??? Excuse me?
