Amigos Mexican Grill is absolutely phenomenal. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection—it’s easily some of the best Mexican cuisine I’ve ever had. But as great as the food is, what truly sets Amigos apart is the people.

Every time I walk through the doors with my son, the staff not only greets us warmly, but they remember us by name. They don’t just serve food—they connect. They ask about conversations we had on our last visit, they go out of their way to make sure we feel welcome, and most importantly, they make my son feel special. That level of care is rare, and it speaks volumes about the culture of this restaurant.

As a parent, you can’t put a price on watching your child light up because the staff took the time to make him feel important. That’s something that stays with you long after the meal is over.

Amigos in Easton!! This place was beyond our expectations! The food was phenomenal and soooo fresh!! There were so many different varieties of “toppings” to add to the base of your choosing, all of which looked and tasted delicious. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and when it came to serving, they were generous beyond expectations. The experience reminded me of Chipotle, but in every way, they excel where Chipotle falls short—fresher ingredients, larger portion sizes, all for roughly the same price.
