Eden Prairie Liquor — Local services in Eden Prairie

I'm looking at some spirits near the office and I'm watching a line 15+ people in line and waiting for two cashiers. Then I watch two staff walk by that exact same line go into the office and speak to the manager who say say nothing about the long line and then walk back into the rear supply room never to be seen again. I mentioned to the manager that there is a long line, but the manager did nothing to assistance their staff or reduce the line. It took another 10 minutes for someone other staff to return and help. First, there are clearly some managers working at this store that should not be in a managerial position. Any manager who doesn't think there customer is important is a problem. Any manager that thinks cashiering is above their pay grade is a problem. Customers pays their salary. Managers here, fail to anticipate wait lines and proactively deal with them...

All right first of all the people that work there are cool, but dudes, seriously, I get that prices increase over time but this spot is gotten out of hand.

I mean 5 10 15% is understandable, but for someone who never looks at the price of something notices how much more it's costing? Liked the collection of liquors. The place is clean and quiet, and the staff is very helpful. They have a tasting center as well.I didn't find any Japanese beer here. I think they should include that as well because there are so much Asian community residing in the Eden Prairie area. I visited with my husband, and he did not have ID proof with him at that time, so they didn't allow me to purchase anything.
