I do not like to post bad reviews, but after this experience, I feel like I need to warn people looking to book with Ashlee. DO NOT BOOK!!!!!!

To begin, I wanted a dark balayage and haircut. Ashlee’s rate for this are $175. I was charged $280. She put maybe 10 foils in my hair, gave me GRAY streaks, cut my hair straight across like my mom cut my hair back in elementary school, and charged me $100 extra for it.

Her “policy” (found nowhere on her website) states she does not do refunds. So I scheduled an appointment to fix it. She cancels the appointment, falls off the face of the earth, and I have to threaten to show up to the salon to get her to respond to me. She says she got really sick. I say feel better and get back with me please. Three weeks later, I can’t get ahold of her, still no refund, I can’t wear my hair down. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional/unethical person, and I work in the financial industry!!

My first time coming into this salon and i had high hopes seeing these reviews. When i came into the salon the hairdresser Rodney still had some hair on his sink from his last client but i ignored that. he was very snappy and seemed really impatient and as if he didn’t want to be giving me a haircut. He warmed up a bit towards the end and i ended up really loving my new hair, it’s perfect. i paid 80 dollars cash, and what i wasn’t aware of was that teen haircuts cost 30 dollars so i ended up paying 45 for a women’s and he never gave me change so he kept the 15 and i lost 50 more dollars than i should have for a TEEN haircut. it’s ridiculous. he did a good job on my...

I had a haircut and beard trim with Jenna at Clipper Over Comb. Jenna was ready to go the moment I walked in, she looked over some looks I had brought to reference, and had some great ideas of her own. I am not the most fashion minded, but her energy and openness let me trust her experience. I wasn't disappointed. Jenna did a great job cutting, and was even kind enough to work with my beard though I hadn't booked a full beard trim as well.
