Fantastic experiences at the Eden Prairie Leeann Chin! This Eden Prairie Leann Chin is the best restaurant location of them all! When you walk into the restaurant, you are always greeted with smiling faces, kind and helpful employees. The employees work very hard and it shows at this Leeann Chin. If there was an issue with your food, this staff would go out of their way to fix it and make sure you have the perfect meal.

The food is consistently hot, fresh and excellent. If they are running low on an item for your meal, they will make sure to run the food out to you to make sure you receive a hot and fresh meal. My family is so thankful to Leeann Chin for bringing back the Oyster Chicken Wings! They are so good, so you should try them if you haven't.

Updated 1/2024: I ordered cashew chicken again, but this time through a delivery company. It arrived with no cashews in it, not one. I called to express my frustration and asked how does that happen? I was told by a manager that sometimes they just don’t put it in it, then he actually asked, “Is that a big deal?” Of course, it’s a big deal. It doesn’t taste the same without the cashews. If I ordered beef and broccoli, but there was no broccoli, that would be an issue, right?

I got cashew chicken and there was only four small/medium pieces of chicken that I had to cut up just so I can get chicken in most of my bites and there was only five pieces of cashew. I asked if there were any cashews in it already and she didn’t answer me, just sprinkled on a tablespoon of them over the food bar container. I assumed she was scooping them back up in my order. I am literally left in shock by my experience tonight. As I was sitting at home enjoying my dinner I almost cracked a tooth on a pebble I found in my beef and broccoli, yes a pebble. How it got into the food is a mystery and honestly kind of scares me, who knows what else is in there! I Then called the restaurant to tell them so they could check the food item in their store so no one else would chomp away on a rock and the employees response was "oh, yea, oh ok" no apology, no recognition, not a thing. He then said if I need to talk about it that I can come to the back to the store to talk. Mind you I am 8 months pregnant, so I am not finishing the food nor waddling my way back to my car and driving 15 minutes away to talk about how there was a rock in my food. I will not be back.
