Probably the worst Burlington of all the oneās Iāve been to. Terrible service, unfriendly attitude towards customers which says everything about how poorly this place is managed and run. First off, my wife went shopping at around 10pm. She asked the security guard where the pet section was and he ignored her. Clearly he was annoyed because she interrupted him talking to an employee carrying on a personal conversation that lasted the entire time my wife was in the store. When asked a second time, his response was in a nasty tone āitās in the back somewhere, you have to look for itā. Secondly, at checkout there was nobody behind the register except for one person who appeared to be processing returns. After five minutes of patience, my wife said excuse me and was ignored by the cashier. After a second request for help checking out, the employee responded in an annoyed tone āI guess I can help youā. My wife said ābut you guys donāt close for another half a hourā and her response was āyeah but around this time we are preparing to closeā. Is this place a joke? She never appears to help me with a solution to prove my clothes because the rooms were closed. so i thought i could try on the restrooms. Then she went to bathroom to yelling at me saying that i can go to jail for doing this and with a horrible sarcastic tone to talk at me. Obviuosly i had to leave the bathroom and luckily another man from personal help and he was very kind. I know there are rules in stores that you cant break, but thats not the way to treat a customer. After filling our carts with items we wanted to purchase, we had to leave them in the walkway because the aisles were too narrow. A rude cashier then took our carts, knowing they were ours, and treated us with hostility when we asked for our items back. Her attitude became even more aggressive the more we asked. The store manager stood by without offering any assistance or even an apology. My family felt deeply disrespected and hurt by this experience. I will never shop at this store again.
