Absolutely incredible service from the nicest guy in the world! John was beyond patient with me and helped me pick out the perfect stone and ring combination for my fiance. I'm extremely picky and couldn't make up my mind. John was so patient with me and walked me through every step of the way. He showed me 4-5 different stones that were all beautiful! I couldn't make up my mind so he educated me about the differences of each stone. After showing him pictures of the ring she likes, John assured me that the ring would like identical... and it did! Unbelievable job. Buying a ring is quite possibly the most stressful thing a guy has to do but John made this such an easier process. After selecting my stone, John provided me with a photo rendition of how the platinum ring would be molded. Very professional. The final product was a masterpiece. My fiance wanted a tiffany-style solitaire ring with 6 prongs and a round stone... and I got exactly that from John Anthony Jewelers. You can't tell the difference. Best of all, I paid about half the price of what Tiffany wanted! Also want to note that since I had planned a destination proposal in Jamaica, this was all time-sensitive and of course, John delivered the final product to me with plenty of time to spare. She was surprised beyond belief when I showed up in Jamaica! She couldn't stop staring at her ring! LOL. You can't go wrong with John Anthony Jewelers. I can't recommend them enough and I can't thank John enough for being so patient with me and making such a beautiful ring...

I've been going here for nearly 10 years, but I've known this place for 15 plus years. John and his daughter are AMAZING! In the past I have only gone to get my watches fixed yearly and get all the batteries changed. This year I had more of a delicate sentimental work for them. My mothers pure gold bangle that I had cut to make a cuff, but then it was getting stuck in clothes ruining it. So I had asked john and his daughter to fix a lock I have designed on it. He said he could do it but I'd have to leave it for a few days. Thats where I think anyone's heart will sink wondering what will happen to it if you leave it. Will I ever get it back. Will they do something else to it. The mind plays the worst scenarios in your head. He had said 4-5 days but I couldn't even sleep the first night. So I called the morning of the 3rd day and asked if they can get it to me faster. By the end of the day I got my call and rushed there to pick it up. IT WAS BEAUTIFUL and in the exact authentic way I gave it to them. I have some other things now I will reach out to john in a few months to help me redesign it so I can wear what use to belong to my mother. If you need something fixed from a trust worthy place, John and his Daughter are the ones ! My new friends for my sentimental expensive jewelry...
