A few years ago I stopped by We Fix and had a very good experience with an iphone screen repair. It went smooth as they were able to do a quick fix for me because I needed the phone right away for a business trip later that day. The owner, Jevdet, assured me he would get it done and he did with a perfect repair.
Therefore, when my iMac failed and wouldn't allow me to update my operating system, I relied on my backup drive. Naturally, the backup failed and I was faced with losing 20 years of data. I wasn't sure which data recovery shops were the best and where to start. So I decided to visit Jevdet at We Fix again to see if he could help. Jevdet immediately reassured me that data recovery was one of his specialties. He told me he would assess the drive and get back to me. Later that day, he made clear that he couldn't make any promises but would do his best to do a full recovery. He also gave me a very reasonable estimate contingent on success.
I agreed and put my trust in Jevdet. He assured me that my data was confidential and safe with him. He is a man of religion and wanted me to understand that he answers to his higher power first which is why he would never betray my trust. I felt confidence in his conviction. Jevdet followed through completely. A few days later, he still was not able to promise me a full recovery, but said he had made some positive progress. Then the following week he called me to pick up my drive and told me it was ready. FULL RECOVERY.
I couldn't be happier that I put my trust in a local business owner who just wants to do his best for his customers. This is why I will continue to work with Jevdet for all of my IT/Tech needs. I encourage anyone with issues to go speak with Jevdet, because he will find the best way to help you. Thanks Jevdet & We...
Read moreI came on in Saturday. The guy checked my MacBook, he even open it up. And he told me it will cost $185 to fix it. I wasn't sure to fix it but I came back after two days and he said it would cost $250. So I decided not to fix it. I don't know if it was intentional or not, even if it's not that's not how you should treat a customer with. Only reason I came back for the second time was because he said it would cost $185!!! Anyhow seems like a nice guy but I wasn't satisfied with the cost!
REPLY TO OWNER MESSAGE - He mentioned I wanted my laptop to be fix for free. Thats dumb. Who would expect to get something fix for free in this day and age. And second of all he wrote I told him my MacBook is not charging in a âsmart wayâ. If itâs not charging, itâs not charging. How else am I support to say it. Is there a way to say it stupidly? My laptop was fully functional except for not charging and I showed to him on the very first day. Like I mentioned he open the MacBook infront of me. He checked it and told me the price. How did the price went up after two days? I thought heâs a nice guy but I guess not. And also a dishonest person to tell me Iâm lying and changing story. I didnât know there was a âstoryâ. By the way that other place I went was Apple. They run diagnosis for free. Thereâs nothing to brag about that. Running diagnosis is free in most places. He wasted my time and energy and even now while Iâm writing...
Read moreThe place is a scam! Do NOT go there! Brought my iphone 13 there to fix broken glass on my camera lens. He charged me $70 to change the glass. The glass breaks within 3-4 days and my phone never fell or anything. The replacement glass pretty much broke on its own. I go back a second time and there's a sign on the door..be back in 10 minutes. I waited 25 minutes and then he finally showed (who knows how long that sign was up there). When I finally get inside the store and tell him the story, the the first thing he asks me is, "I charged you $50 for that right?" I'm like no, $70. (I guess he usually charges $50 but charged me $70!) Then he's ok I'll fix it again but you should buy a case for the lens. He's like $30 for the case and labor (no real labor involved...just stick on the case) I stupidly say yes because I thought ok having a case for the camera lens is a probably good idea. (Meanwhile my husband looked up that it costs $3 on amazon for a camera lens case for iphones!). By the next morning, the case broke! Phone never fell or anything again. I come back to the store to get my money back and the man refuses. He tries blaming it on me that the lens/case keeps breaking because of something I did meanwhile phone never fell...
