Met with Kari for physical therapy, very disappointing, never had such a bad experience! She didn't seem to know things i.e. initially offered a "patch" to help my knee , failed to explain, so I had to ask what the patch is/does,etc. Then-no follow through. Nothing.! As appt. went on, I asked if she could offer anything besides a few exercises and the patch. Her response was-the patch won't help.! Very abrupt. . No explanation. Could not say why the change of mind. Dr. had advised P.T. would do strength testing-she did-nothing. Finally ,I had to ask -she did minimal-one leg lift with no rating -for before and after therapy. Mostly, she typed and stared at computor. I expect a therapist to be at least friendly, perhaps even welcoming and show some concern. She had none of those qualities. Dr ordered therapy for knee and foot. She failed to even mention my foot-did absolutely nothing for it simply ignored the order! Provided zero info when I might see any improvement from doing exercises. I had to ask, Asked if she did ultra sound, massage-she said insurance won't cover massage (secondary does) and "research proved ultra sound is no benefit." As a former Provider -different field, have some knowledge and experience with P.T. ..her info is old, outdated and incorrect. It was revised/redone and now shows benefits of U.S. specifically for knee arthritis.( Cochran-a decade ago) NIH has considerable research showing numerous benefits-as do many many others. Obviously she had no interest in anything beyond handing me copies of a few exercises. Completely lacking in appropriate care and modalities and a could -care -less -attitude! I was informed the first session was about an hour but she ended in 35".and tried to end sooner. I had written a request on their form to receive something after each session stating what was done and the charge. Then I can compare it to what insurance sends me. She completely ignored this. Just-left. Had to follow her and request that info. Her response: very abrupt and rude. This was a complete waste of my time and energy. I'll consult elsewhere. The inappropriate terrible service was sadly,...
Read moreTerrible place to see a âdoctorâ you would spend more time in a drive through than at this clinic. Went in twice and both appointments didnât last more than 10 minutes each from start to finish. Doctors DONâT even listen to what you have to say. First appointment I had was at 8:30am and I was advised to plan for approximately 1h, as soon as I checked in another patient walked in for an appointment at 8:45 with the same doctor I was told to plan for 1h. Lo and behold my second appointment was at 1:20 with another specialist/doctor for another issue. And as I checked in another patient checked in with a time of 1:30. 15 minutes apart on the first visit and 10 minutes on the second. How ridiculous is that. It makes me believe it is the policy/sop of the clinic where doctors are overbooked to make the most money for establishment and patients are treated like money making/revenue generating herd of mere numbers. Second doctor was almost laughing at me slouching in his chair with his legs and arms crossed. I would not recommend this place to an enemy. Save yourself time and money, go see someone who would actually take time and at least pretend to care about their patients who are there in pain. These so called doctors/surgeons might be outstanding if youâre there with your spine broken and limbs falling off but they wonât qualify for a customer service rep judging by the way they see patients who want to fix problems before they...

I saw this "Doctor" twice. Both were super rushed, if he spent 5 minutes in the room I would be surprised. I came to see both hands and shoulders. He did a quick test of one shoulder and sent them in to do a cortisone shot. I had to track him down later to make sure he knew I primarily came my hands/wrists. He placed an order for one hand even though I mentioned I had sever problems with both. The second appointment he told me to simply wear a brace for 3 months and hope it gets better.
I then went and saw a general neurologist at another clinic for my back. She put in an ordered for rehab and was quite concerned with his "solution" of just wearing a brace for 3 months without movement/exercise.
After that I saw another Hand specialist outside of TCO (Allina). He actually spent about 30 minutes in the room with me. Listed about my left hand. Found out I had a torn ligament and my bones were no longer in their correct place.
I'll never go...
