Nuts Factory — Local services in Edison

This place has reopened and they moved from downstairs to upstairs right outside the food court.

They have always had boys work here who barely could speak English and are not helpful at all. But turns out ever since reopening they have FINALLY HIRED a young girl who can SPEAK ENGLISH and is super nice and friendly!!!

So when I went this weekend I expected the same. But turns out this girl was there who is very sweet and nice and I mentioned to her I wanted to purchase a gift for my father's bday and I had asked her for some advice and she mentioned she was new but she still helped me throughout the entire time to find the right gift. I never look forward to coming to this place but turns out I want to come here all the time as long as the girl is there. I went back to tell her how much my father loved the gift yesterday evening but she wasn't there.

I recently visited the Nuts Factory with high hopes, especially to try the TikTok famous Dubai kanafe chocolate. Unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations. At $18, the kanafe chocolate was significantly overpriced, and the taste was just okay. It leaned more towards a chocolaty flavor with minimal pistachio, which was disappointing.The baklava was another letdown. Not only was it overpriced, but the taste was also mediocre. I actually preferred the baklava from my local grocery store, which offers better flavor at a more reasonable price. 7/21/24. Witnessed only one worker in store. Let customers wait in line while she restocked product. Had gloves on while she scooped product but then with gloves on she was on her phone, touched her hair and face and touched product. With the same gloves on she took broom and shovel to pick up nuts on floor. Then went to cash register and when done she went back to restocking nuts in containers with the same gloves on. Health code violation. Do not buy anything from them. Customers came in store and worker was in back then came out chewing something. There should be more than one worker. Germs spread everywhere on product by this worker....
