Zumiez — Local services in Edison

Went to the store because I lost a pair of sandals I bought from them three days prior while camping. Call the store and let them know what size I needed upon arrival they were very disorganized and didn’t have it ready and insisted I try on a shoe that I didn’t need to. When a customer tells you what they want and need and you sit there and waste my time and force me to do some thing I tell you I don’t need to do, it makes a person very uncomfortable and it’s disrespectful. You are in the service industry which means you service your customers, I didn’t like that a woman manager would force another woman like that. Today at this location in Edison (Menlo mall) zumiez store manager accused my teenage son of stealing with absolutely no proof. He had just finished spending $180 on clothing in the store and when he was leaving she asked to search his back because she was unpacking some boxes and told him some inventory was missing and that he was near that area. She called the mall police . He allowed her to search his bag, and she saw he had not stolen and she was wrong. She was so rude. He told her that she was wrong by accusing him of stealing. She said you can go to another location. My son is a respectful young man and not a thief. I am disgusted with what occurred. He will never give any business to this store again. Absolutely...

Ayyyy. Love this store. My whole closet is full of their merchandise. The store is usually run by young kids, but these kids actually have good customer service skills and manners. I go in there, I'm greeted. Asked if I need help. If I look confuse they ask me if I need help. They thank me for shopping there. If they don't have a size for me, they look and or call other stores to see if they have it. Prices can be high but it's worth it in my opinion. Love the scene. Will forever continue...
