I have used their services many times for my job, which is always an issue; we pay for next-day service and never get it on time. Always an excuse, and for the first time, I was disrespected by one of their employees. I was explaining to Miss Villarroel how important it was for me and my costumer that we get the service I pay on time, and she went on a rant and racing her voice, telling me how she had already heard it all about my job and similar people that do my line of job. I had no intention of upsetting this person. All I wanted is know the time and date I was getting my service done. I could have dealt with the delay in the service. As I mentioned before, they never deliver the service on time, and I still use their service; what I will not be dealing with is disrespectful people. I am not paying to be disrespected that way. The company I work for spends thousands of dollars monthly on these services, my supervisor heard the recorded conversation, and they will no longer use these services. I paid the money in 2/23/2021, I should receive the report in 3/8 (14 days later)! It’s a deal. Deal is deal But I don’t get the report in 3/8, until I write to ask the response that it will finish in 3/22 (postpone another 13 days) because of their separation of report edition. I did tell this company in 3/12 and 3/16, it’s over the deadline to submit, and just send me a report without separation. I will pay the extra money. But no any response. Until 3/18, I ask when I can get the report? The response is it will finish in 3/22.
They didn't take the initiative to inform you that they postpone the reply report, until I ask in 3/22. Also, I told you I will pay the extra money and just send me a report twice. No any response. I told you, 3/22 is not acceptable, over my deadline to submit. They still do nothing.

Read moreDo not go with the company as they have made our lives hell.. the first time was when they evaluated a foreign degree and I used the same for applying for immigration.. Due to the innocent evaluation/report the immigration application was denied and we have to leave the country.
Just recently, we were informed by one of the boards that they have chosen FIS as the credential agency. FIS have given a evaluation report that is totally different from 2 other NACES members. Due to this the career is going to be impacted and years of hard work is all going to be wasted. Even after providing evidence that other NACES members have given a different equivalency, the analyst and evaluators are not ready to accept accept the change.
It's better to go somewhere and not use them for any evaluation.. Mistakes happen and there will be a judgement of error. However, there should be a re-review of the existing process when there is documented evidence that proves otherwise.
Boards and universities should def re-think and shouldn't be going with this institution for their credential...
