Slow to the point that I gave up.

I brought in 3 pairs of jeans (2 for patches, 1 for hemming) early in January 2023. Owner told me she was busy, said it would be about a week and she would call me. OK, no big deal, but she didn't call. Two weeks later, I stopped by, she said to come back on Feb 1. I came back on Feb 4, and the one pair of jeans was hemmed, but the other two were not touched. She gave me that one pair, told me to pay for all three later, and said she would call me within the week. Still, no calls. I stopped in two additional times while walking by, and both times they were not ready and she told me they would be within the week. On the most recent of those visits, Mon April 24, she promised me they would be done by Friday. I told her I would come to pick them up on Saturday. They were not done. Nearly four months after my first visit! She asked me to come back after 1pm. I told her no, asked her what I owed her for the 1 pair she did, paid it, took back the 2 remaining pairs of jeans, and will be taking my business elsewhere.
