I’ve practiced yoga for many years, but it wasn’t until I found Twist, that I found my yogic “home.” The instructors are thoughtful, down-to-earth, knowledgeable, and sincerely concerned with the well-being of their students. Over the many years that I’ve practiced in this beautiful space I’ve never felt anything but supported in my growth as both a yoga student, and a human. During the pandemic, my connection with the studio grew stronger, as I was living away from the Pacific Northwest and found myself lost without a regular studio. Through Twist’s online Zoom offerings, I was able to stay connected to community, continue to get to know the wonderful instructors, and receive the yoga guidance I needed during that traumatic time. Thanks to Jen for putting together such a great team, and a special nod to Sarah for all she does to support this beautiful community. No matter where you are physically, or where you are in your yoga journey, you can find connection, growth, and peace at Twist...

Perfection. Twist offers classes to all levels of students, its teachers know how to teach to each level of skill and aptitude. And always with a smile.
The only downside is Twist is so good, its instructors so excellent, the studio is too popular. I hope they expand...
Read moreAfter missing Meg’s Yin class for a few weeks due to scheduling conflicts, coming back felt like returning home and receiving a warm embrace—both figuratively and literally. Meg, as both a human and a teacher, is incredibly welcoming and nurturing. Her smile and presence light up the room. Meg’s passion for yoga radiates from her, and her teaching truly feels like a gift and a blessing. I love the pace and thoughtful sequencing of her Yin classes; she allows ample time to bring breath and stillness into each long-held posture. And what a treat it is to finish class together as a community—chanting and singing with her beautiful voice in such a safe and sacred space. It's hard to pick a favorite class among all that Twist offers, but Meg’s Yin is definitely high...
