They use to be good but now the quality went down hill and I agree with some other reviewers it’s not the same taste and material. Prices are sky high and don’t trust the menu posted in pics or under menu option because prices in store behind the counter wall is what they go by and that is way too high ( was not expecting that) feeling deceived.

Went there just because one of my family member some time ago got the take out food from there it was impressive but now I got the same thing and it was not the same. Remember everything is $1 additional if you add or go off their menu and they will not tell you that.

One thing for sure their salsa recipe is good and it taste good. But other than that nothing.

My Recomendation Ask for the price first and tell them to let you know if and how much extra if you start adding stuff. You will think that it’s chipotle style one price and what ever you want but it’s not. I thought these guys can beat chipotle and wawa but trust me it use to but now it’s not. Chipotle and Wawa is at least Consiltant and making it better. Wawa’s Quesadilla and chipotle’s bowl are much nicer than theirs. Don’t take my words … buy it try it side by side and decide for your self; I did and I think others are better again vs what this chain.

Went there during non rush time… staff was polite but when I ask them about their price difference between online, their take out menu, and what’s posted on wall … they fumbled a little and started taking with each other to give reason and just said “we go by...

So disappointed with this place. I’ve purchased from this restaurant numerous times! Always rave over their salads and shakes. I was there not to long ago and ordered 5 smoothies for the family. One of which I asked for an extra cup so I can split it between my two toddlers. The Smoothies normally come in a sturdy plastic cup - I was handed a Coca-Cola paper cup (totally fine) split it between the kids. Because of how flimsy it was my daughter held it a little too tight & the lid flew off and it spilled everywhere. I stopped back in a couple days ago and ordered another smoothie for the kids to split (because it’s way to big for one each). I asked for an extra cup and was handed the Coca-Cola cup again. I said, “May I please have a plastic one, last time the lid flew off because of how flimsy it was in my daughters hands.” The woman said, “No.” so I said what do you mean, I don’t want it to spill everywhere. Again the woman said, no. Another female employee chimes in and says...they are too expensive. .....ummmm I didn’t ask for 30. I asked for one. You rather loose a customer & their whole family over pennies than have good customer service? How disappointing. To make things even better....credit card machine was not processing, I didn’t have cash, so I left w/o the smoothie & the cup. Last time I’ll recommend this place to anyone or buy there myself. The salads are substantial. Their drinks are expensive but excellent. It is pricey bout worth it. When you finish you feel too full. I find it easier to eat. Stop when I am full and surprisingly the salad stays fresh and I eat it later or the next day. The components are quality and they hold up overnight. The salad tasted good and the parts of the salad such as the cheese and cut up vegetables taste like the vegetables they are. The spring mix and spinach greens taste like spinach and spring mix. Basically, they serve a salad that fills one up and it has the taste of vegetables. They are swift at preparing the food and are pleasant. It costs more than WAWA but if you are eating this for perhaps your dinner, it is worth it. WAWA has the best turn over but every time I’ve been to Jalapeños, the salads were very good...
