Iāve been going here for years now. My go to for pedicures is Vicky. I always book with her. Sheās done my nails like 3 years straight now. She wasnāt working on Monday but I really needed my nails done so I agreed to anyone else doing them. Well that was the worst thing that could have happened to me. This lady made my experience probably the worst one ever. Iāve been disappointed before but by someoneās work, not someoneās treatment, like hers. She hurt me multiple times and I told her like 3x but every time she acted like she didnāt hear me or just mumbled a quick (w/o even looking up at me ) āsorryā. For one, I noticed late into the session that I was 90% sure she didnāt even open a new tool bag. Like I said Iām not 100% but 90% is close enough. Some were silver & others were gold. So I think that pretty much speaks for itself. Iām now TERRIFIED of catching fungus because it has happened to me before at nail salons. Also, she didnāt even use a cuticle softener/gel (not sure of the exact name but I know they always use it prior to pushing the cuticles & cleaning). Well because of the lack of this, she did it all while dryšš so you can imagine how painful that was. It was during this time I kept telling her it hurt. She even used the filer on the top of my nails and on the sides when she clearly saw my toe was red from how much she had hurt me. It was so red to the point I thought I was bleeding but I wasnāt. Both my toe nails were bruised from an accident I had and she just didnāt even care to be super cautious with them. Didnāt ask me if they hurt or anything. I mean helloooooooo I have two huge bruises on BOTH toesā¦(will provide picture. Also look at the left side of my right toe. That will show you how red it was from her hurting me so bad) why wouldnāt you be extra cautious? Iām not sure what was wrong with her but she seemed very off from the beginning. She didnāt even say hi to me, she got her tools from her desk, came back and had her phone on her and was laughing at a video she was watching.. just very very distracted. Didnāt ask me if the water temperature was ok (it was a bit on the cold side) and when she started, she didnāt even notice the towel she used under my feet was partially hanging down and soaking into the water. So I had a big chunk of the towel in my water the entire time she did my pedicure. She also didnāt ask if the stones/hot towels were ok for me or too hot. Just a complete disregard for my well being and comfort the entire time. Even at the end, after theyāre done with the lotion and scrubs and theyāre supposed to dry you down and then start painting your toes..she flushed the water out, pulled the towel and left it soaking on there. So my feet were just sitting on top of a soaked towel the entire time she was painting them. She also caught a passive aggressive attitude when it came to the colors I wanted. Ugh just overall so frustrating. At the end when she saw I wasnāt having it anymore, I guess she wasnāt either so she said she was done and pulled the towel from underneath my feet without me even having a chance to lift my feet up first. I did speak to the manager and made him aware. I told him, āThis was the most painful pedicure I have ever gotten in my lifeā and he did grab her attention and she kept apologizing to me but I was so infuriated that I didnāt even want to see her. I didnāt explain all these extra details to the manager simply because I just wanted to run out of there. What should have been a pleasant and relaxing experience, was a horrible and painful one because of her. I guess Iām also just mad at myself for not speaking up more than I should have. Anyway, I recommend Vicky for your pedicures :) she will take care of you well. I rate this a 3 because of her, but I know overall everyone usually tends to be friendly. So I donāt want to leave that out. Thanks for reading if you...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy mom and I have been loyal costumers to Josephine for almost 2 years, but we are absolutely disgusted with the way not only Josephine but the management treats their costumers. My mom made an appointment with Josephine. Long story short my mom was running about 5-10 minutes late because of work and when she got there Josephine took someone else and told my mom to go to someone else. Keep in mind prior to that she texted my mom around 430 asking her to come in early because she had a no call no show and my mom responded she was getting off work is on the way for her appointment at the time she scheduled it. SO Josephine just really wanted to make money and didnāt care about her costumers. Josephine was rude, dismissed her, completely acted like she has not been a loyal costumer for over a year (I was on the phone when she got there) and then on top of that, my mom addressed it to the manager, Jackson, and they completely dismissed it as well. My mom ended up walking out because no one seemed to care that their employee was inattentive and inconsiderate to a costumer. That seems to be the trend there. I had an appointment scheduled with Josephine the next day and I canceled because of how upset and shocked I was to hear thatās how my mom was treated. She responded āokā lol I have been a costumer with her for 2 years, refereed friends to her, and overtipped her EVERYTIME.I will not give my money to a business that doesnāt care about their costumers, especially the loyal ones who have been patrons at their establishment for over a year. Very unfortunate because there are great artists there, but the costumer service is TERRIBLE. And I never write reviews but it was so rude. My mom and I will NOT be returning. Sad part is they donāt even care. They only care about the money and tip. Choose who you give your money...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreLoved my nails. I waited to write this review because my overall experience was horrible and I didn't want to just vent, I wanted to write an honest review. I came in with my cousin for an appointment that was scheduled days in advance. My cousin is a regular and referred me. Her nails are always nice so I was excited since this was my first fullset since the pandemic and my Hunny was treating me to a pamper day for my birthday. Long story short, we waited almost an hour after our appointment time, even though we saw people come in after us and sit straight in the chair. Finally they start my full set and my cousin's pedi. Once my set was done, she told me to sit in the pedi chair. I'm sitting there rolling up my pants and she says sorry, we can't do it everyone who does pedis left. Now I am upset because I was leaving town and still had things to do. They didn't even offer to just do a color change or offer a discount for the inconvenience. I was beyond upset. I had a scheduled appointment and they waited until I was seated to tell me I couldn't receive the service I scheduled. Finally after I went back and forth about the inconvenience, one lady offered to paint my toes. At that point, I didn't want to spend another dime there knowing that they have no consideration for their customers time nor sympathy for the inconvenience they caused. Again, I loved my nails, but they are unreliable and I...
