Worst customer service that my party and I have ever experienced. Out of all my years of eating at Peter Pipers Pizza I have never experienced such horrible and disrespectful service like I have received today (9/23/23) from Pamela Torres, the MANAGER at Peter Piper Pizza #85. When trying to purchase my 2nd pitcher of beer she refused to sell it to me due to their policy of “one pitcher per party.” She then changed the policy to “two persons per pitcher.” She was obviously unfamiliar with the policy for beer and continuously changed it to her liking. Prior to refusing to sell to my party of 5, she had just sold another pitcher to a gentleman in front of me (with a party of 2) who stated that he was on his “3rd pitcher of beer.” When questioning the policy that she continuously changed, her demeanor as a MANAGER became very unprofessional.
In the picture that I have attached, you can CLEARLY see the gentleman who was in front of me in line with two pitchers (one empty and one full) that Pamela Torres had no problem in selling too. How can a party of 5 NOT be sold their 2nd pitcher, but this party of 2 was already on their 3rd one?
I am very disappointed in Peter Piper Pizza for hiring such a rude and disrespectful individual like Pamela Torres. What is even more disappointing is that she is the manager of the store and has no shame in how she speaks to the customers.
This is who you want to represent your company Peter Piper Pizza? Is this who you feel is “qualified” to manage one of your store?

Read moreCan I just say Drew made me feel seen and heard even though they were inundated with customers during the lunch rush hour? I made a bee line to the counter to skip the long line because I thought they had a "Pick up" register open. Drew was on the second register, he finished helping a customer and asked me if needed help. I told him I was picking up an online order. He kindly said that normally we need to get in line for that, but he would help me this time. After showing me my pizza, he asked if there was anything else he could help me with. I honestly was going to say no and walk away with my question due to how busy they were, but because he didn't rush me and was giving me his time, I told him about an App reward I redeemed for a chopped salad after I placed the online order, but I didn't know how to prove it to him. I showed him on my phone, but it was refreshing and didn't show it. Even though he didn't see it on the receipt either, he still honored it! I originally had 748 points and after I redeem the reward, my points went down to 348. A few moments later I earned points for today's order, so they went back up. I have no idea how to prove the point fluctuations so I'm attaching a screenshot of today's reward activity. Drew, it's the least I can do for your excellent customer service....
Read moreI ordered pizza online. We were given a 2 hour time frame. So we called the order in. The employee said it will be ready in 20 minutes. We waited 30 minutes understanding that it will take longer it being a busier night. When we arrived they hadn’t even started on our order and said it’s going to be a 15 minute wait. I canceled my order and asked to speak to a manager. All she said was they don’t take online orders till after 8 pm but if we wanted a takeout order we should have called. Which mind you we did and spoke to an employee and he confirmed our name and order and said it would be ready in 20 minutes. She then apologized saying her employee is giving wrong information about orders. Thank goodness Papa John’s came to the rescue and they deliver. Please order from Papa John’s.
