DICK'S Sporting Goods — Local services in El Paso

Had the most racist experience at the Sunland Park EP Store. Took a friend to Dicks because he has a serious intrest in Golf. We looked at everything. Started at the putters and putting green. The Associate Named Mike kept walking back and forth watching us like we were going to steal something. 2nd my friend and I wanted to try out a Driver in their little booth with a simulator. Mike had to of given us the most racial comment to confirm my theory, and Said " Your not going to buy a club" and looked down on myself and my friend. My friend of course told the Dicks employee. " How do you know? What if I am looking into buying a driver I like? After this we looked to speak to the GM. A gentlemen named Marcus came to us. We explained what happened and wanted to speak to Tomas the GM. Marcus denied us speaking to him. Long story short I will never step foot into a DSG and will always shop at Academy and Big 5. Could not believe hat unfolded and I demand an explanation...

I bought an Adidas shoe for my boy lass than a week ago. He just used it twice and complained it's very uncomfortable and I can see it's literally pocking. So I tried to return. The manager said, we don't return used shoe. I read their policy. It doesn't say anything specific to used shoe. Then he replied, it must be clean. Your shoe is dirty. It was actually few dirt spot that can easily be wiped out. Then I said, ok I will wipe it and bring it clean. As the manager has nothing else to argue, he showed me his super power, "we can deny any returns", and it's actually their policy. So I don't have anything else other than getting out something that is useless to me. I never saw any store manager like that in last 12 years. I found it very rude and unacceptable. So, I will never recommend this store to anyone because the manager doesn't care about...

Good experience looking for replacement cleats for my daughter.

I found this location to be very well organized and not too overwhelming. If they didn't have what you were located King for the associates did not overdo looking for what you weren't looking for.

The prices on many brand names were okay, and some were not the most competitively priced. Thank Dicks for their DSG line, which is their in store brand and it is very competitive for quality and price.

Unfortunately, for a military city, Dicks here like other locations don't always have a discount for those who serve.
