They deserve zero stars! The place is overall bad service. They have no customer service whatsoever. The owner/manager the lady with the blonde hair everyone has complained about on all the reviews on every website, is the WORST. She has no work ethic, she can never fund a solution to any of their wro g doings, when I finally told her enough was enough all she did was cut me off as I spoke and kept smirking the whole time. never did she resolve my issues with my dayghters quince package and dress. The dress when we got there was all dirty, said she would send photos but never explained anything else that would be done. They schedule you for certain days and times because of the "seamstress" who I have yet to meet because everytime we get to our appointment, "she just left"!!! Theyve had me take my daughter out of school early because the seamstress schedule yet not once has she been there. The manager/owner all she did was smirk and say so what do you want me to do about it, i cant go and control my employees bodies. like seriously lady, who asked you to do that?? How she is even a manager and/or the owner is beyond me because she doesnt have any professional, respect or anything. please dont waste your money, there are other places with way BETTER customer service and prices/packages.. it's a shame i wouldnt get refunded or id go elsewhere. Read moreMy daughter was a dama in a quince and traveled from San Antonio to try on her dress a month in advance. Apparently, the dress had been discontinued and there were none her size available. So, the owner took it upon herself to approve a dress one size larger with her idea that her seamstress would fix it up. No calls, no double checking if that was how we wished to proceed, just made the judgement call to spend the dress money that way. We were completely taken by surprise by the whole situation. Then, when my daughter tried it on, the next size up that she had ordered was crazy big AND the seamstress was only available for limited hours on Tuesday and Friday, which was impossible for us. She refused a refund, tried to convince us to have one of the other girls (who lives in El Paso) come back with the seamstress to get it altered for her (dress is now 2-3 sizes big for that girl and the breast area looked like Madonna Sytle Vogue cones on her) and assured us that it could be fine when altered. Finally, after 4 different trips to try to remedy the situation and the owner conveniently being unavailable, leaving instructions with her salesclerk that we "forcibly HAD to take the dress," we met with the owner and she finally gave in and refunded "to help us out" rather than admitting to her mistake and overstepping, as if she were doing us a favor. Purchased 2 dresses from them 3 years ago everything was perfect returned to buy a 3rd quinceañera dress this time for my niece and we received a horrible experience. Since we walked in they told us she could only try on 3 dresses. REALLY only 3 dresses???? And we came from out of town! She picked her 3 dresses and you could tell my niece felt pressured and was not happy at all. My niece picked a dress but she wanted it in purple well the owner told my sister it didn’t came in purple. My sister asked if they could call and see if they would be able to make it in purple since they did that in the past to one of the dresses i purchased the owner looked at my sister like she was crazy and told her they don’t do that. They did this for me 3 years ago with a charro dress that was only made in white they called and they make it in Esmeralda green for us and we paid extra but we didn’t mind because thats what we wanted. Came from out of town to pick a dress and the owner said we had to return in February for the measurements and we had to leave a deposit. Why would we make another trip just for measurements?
