El Chaparral Cafe — Restaurant in El Paso

I have no issue with the food or with the servers. My issue is with the lady or owner I guess. She meets you at the door and takes your temp then sprays a whole load of liquid in your hands (I'm not sure what it is, doesn't feel nor smell like sanitizer. And how do we know if its not one of the sanitizers on recall.) Makes your hands feel sticky. I understand the temp check ok but the sanitizer is a bit much. Next time I'll just take MY sanitizer and put some on my own hands in front of her. I'm all for safety and mask wearing during this pandemic but like I say the sanitizer is a bit much and how do we know WHAT she is even putting on our hands. I never review anything but the burritos here were the completely most awful waste of my money, my mom brought me two from there since I was home and the Barbacoa is full of fat and doesn’t even look like meat asides from that I found four small hairs inside of the meat they were all very small and look like pubic hair it is so disgusting I first found one and literally searched through the meat and there was more which is freaking unbelievable I didn’t know Barbacoa had hair in it. The owner was super rude since we walked in. Two of our orders came out wrong. Barbacoa tasted like fish. The owner yanked the plate out of my hand when I tried to explain what was wrong with it, even though I offered to take the other plate that was sent back so they wouldn’t have to make a new plate. She came back and yelled in my face asking why I didn’t want to eat it and that there was nothing wrong with it.
