Although the staff was very friendly and efficient, I had no luck with purchasing what I was looking for. I had found the jacket that I wanted to get but I couldn’t find the size I needed. I asked one worker and yet he was quite annoyed he did handle my issue a little bit. When I asked him did they have said jacket in 1X because the XXL was too small in the chest area. He looked at me and said “Isn’t the XXL bigger than the 1X?” and walked away. Yes I can see the misunderstanding but they are not the same. He had disappeared and I couldn’t attempt to ask him if they could order it online for me, so I asked another worker. Just to be informed that NO outlets sale plus size items. I find that to be unnecessary and unfair. Why being that I needing a plus size article can’t have the chance to purchase anything from the outlets like others but have to come close to paying full price when others can get that...

They have very good quality items at lower prices than the main stores. Sadly, prices have already creeped up though I did get a fleece jacket/ sweater with zippered pockets so my keys don't fall out before Black Friday this year and I was able to take advantage of the sale then. It was cheaper then than at Marshalls.

They also have waterproof gloves. How about windproof too?

They do have baseball cap type hats that are waterproof or for summer breathable. I am waiting for the other colors to be restocked.
